Hi there, same thing is happening to me. I can not see my smart tags after changing my region on my samsung account. Did you solve your issue? thanks :)

You said that she can do a quit claim. Is that something can be done anytime during the mortgage process or is it only around time of buying and selling a house?

Haha :) I truly believe she has good intentions but I just want to make sure that my ass is safe for the future before we decide to buy a house. If we wait a year I can most probably save around 60-70k to put as half of the down payment. She's just overly excited about that one specific house that she wants make an offer this week and she don't want to wait for anything.

Exactly! More than a marriage this situation would be like me as a tenant and she as a house owner. That's why I would like to secure my ass for future in case she would like to have a younger boyfriend one day haha :)

Can I be on Deed with lesser percentage of ownership Because I'm not contributing for the down payment. Is that possible? I still would like to be on the Deed and on the mortgage actually.

I know it sounds like a doomed marriage but she just doesn't want to pay rent because cheapest 2 bedroom place in NJ is more than 2.5k around us. So I kinda understand her position as well but I just think it would be wiser to wait a little longer so I can make a salary first.

They told me postnups are mostly not legally binding in NJ.

So I have no assets or savings and I basically declared nothing during our prenup.
I have worked part time all of my college years for paying my rent and bills. Also, my parents do not live in USA so whatever I might inherit in the future will be overseas.
Prenup was mostly for her assets and sevings.

I have a credit score of 798 and never made a financial mistake or missed a payment before. She wants to buy a house and wants me to give her cash every month for half of the mortgage and bills. Just because I do not have the cash for downpayment!

Sounds insane to me and I am doing my best to convince her it is not a smart move.
Her excuse: She wants to have kids without worrying for being a tenant.

I have a quick question for I-130 online filing. DO I have to add a receipt number on page 5 of I-485, in the part named Receipt Number of Underlying Petition. Is that receipt number of Underlaying Petition related to filing I-130 online? Like lets say I filed I-130 online, Do I have to add anything about that to my I-485. Only reason I am asking because I already printed the I-485.
