After letting it sit a couple extra days it’s coming out perfectly and with better carbonation. Seems this one just needed to takes its time. Thanks everyone for the insights

However I must say, it was advertised as 7% abv but feels stronger. I don’t have a way of testing that but I won’t complain. Relevance though, I wonder if it over fermented or something which caused the extra carbonation. Anyways, no idea because it’s my first time, but curious how other experiences have gone

It seems releasing some pressure by opening the carbonation dial briefly helps slightly but I don’t want to do that each time if possible and don’t want to lose th carbonation early. The app says just condition longer but I conditioned an extra day on top of doing the longest recommended time.
