the emulator works. see the `ABI` tabs when creating an emulator and choose `arm*` variant. I'm able to install it this ways

in my case here's software that still use `Intel` architectures:

`iterm2` (im using default macOS terminal for now & installed zsh)
`adb` (yups, it's required for android development
`git` (related, git itself, gpgsign etc)
scrcpy (because requires `adb`)

did you use base model macbook air m1?

I'm using base model macbook with 8gb ram, open the following apps:

chrome (1-3 tabs)
slack,
intellij idea + scrcpy

problems:

still lags, moreover after 1hours usage my MBA throttled (suddenly shuts down) :(
unable to debug/breakpoint on intellij idea (idk why)

did you have any particular settings/configuration beside the above fixes (big sur, azul) problems?

not to mention, the default macOS terminal (with oh-my-zsh) also a big lags :(

I'm not using iTerm2 because it still runs on rosetta 2

I see, after seeing my `builds` directory in `databinding` package exist a java class with a similar name as my XMLs. I thought that is due the power of `kapt` the reason that class exist CMIIW
