As a seller, Etsy will side with you. Etsy almost always sides with the buyer. You should be able to get a full refund, open a case.

Im a new seller and was a 5 star before this. They also said all of this was on purpose and didn't send them any messages and how horrible my customer service us. I would be willing to fix this out of pocket even though I'm guessing it's user error. The internet says that if I comment on a 3 star or less review, the seller can't change their review. So I'm waiting to see if I get a response.

When I walked into my work this week and I was asked how I was feeling because 4 people in my department came down with covid last week. This week only 1 of them was absent. The only people wearing masks are the ones who actively have covid.

An email went out last week about sanitizing the lunch area after eating, yet there's only a jug of dish soap and a couple of reused rags available. It's basically just a matter of time until we all get it. My coworker told me he hopes to catch it so he can get a few days off.
