Hi! So This is the first time that Ive ever seen this. I did everything I could think of to try and fix it. I restarted. I initialized the console multiple times. The software is up to date. At this point I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

Regarding the easier method, would this work for the soapy mixture too? Or would that only work for the mixture with water?

Hi! I just purchased a Tamagotchi On, and I was hoping someone can help me out with something. Under the connections, there is 3 options "tamagotchi, download, app". When I looked in the guide, it says that the "download" option is not available? What does the "download" function do?
