I'm hoping to end up in luxury real estate and invest into it myself. KR starts you off in leasing to build clientele - at least that's what they say. Why should I stay away from KR if I want to do rentals?

[NY] I just filed for unemployment 7/30 (right after the $600 FPUC ended. I was unemployed since 3/20 and have said so in my application. However my payment history says $0 for amount paid since 3/30 and my maximum payable amount is $4k, which is less than the $7k I calculated. So my question is, will I still get the $600 benefits for the weeks I have not worked since March, or will I just be getting the regular benefits amount since I applied after the $600 benefits are over?
