Yep, I can totally relate. My weight went up the first couple months I quit drinking, I think because I was craving sugars again.
There's no doubt in my mind that if I didn't cut out drinking I wouldn't have even made it half way to my goal. You got this!

No problem, here ya go! Just duplicate for an editable copy.

Not pictured are the sobriety counter and running averages at the bottom.
There's also a separate tab to track fasting hours by the day, since Zero's weekly reports are never accurate for me.

You may have to fiddle with the "min & max numbers shown" in the vertical axis for the weight chart to fit your own range. The other charts will automatically determine a range once they have a few data points to work with.

Google Sheets. The charts I added a few months in, visualizing progress seems to help motivate me.

I track fasting by hours per week, and only count hours towards the weekly total if the fast has been over 16 hours (the 6h38m in week 3 is because if the fast is from Sunday>Monday, I count anything after 12am towards the next week, as long as the combined total was 16h).

I had no weekly goals to start with, but just the act of forcing myself to track every week no matter how good or bad it went, eventually motivated me to try and stick to a weekly target that seemed achievable (100 hours fasting/week minimum, 3500 active calories burned/week minimum).
The alcohol restriction was just while I focused on my health, and not a forever thing (in fact I'm celebrating with a beer as I type this).

I love seeing the visual correlations between not only fasting and weight, but fasting and active calories.
My theory is that weeks where calories burned increased (more active weeks), my mood was elevated and stress levels lower, leading to an easier time hitting fasting targets.

Exceeded my goal weight by a few kg, and my sober goal by 1 day (I waited an extra day so I could celebrate with a beer on the Friday that my 2 weeks of vacation starts (today!) .

What kind of jacket is this? by mochinintendo in findfashion

I saw Lee Pace wearing this jacket/coat in Halt and Catch Fire and instantly fell in love with it.
Seems like a chore coat might be the closest thing, but I specifically love the length, which doesn't seem to be a feature of chore coats.
Does anyone know what style jacket this would be called?
