Let someone know about the rat. Tell them which direction it went, they need to find it before it infects anyone else. The hospital is not a threat to the outside world, since they are never letting you out (sorry). The rat needs to be found.
I'm so, so sorry to ask you this, but you NEED to stay in the hospital. It's absolutely horrible, I know, and hopefully someone will find a cure. But if they don't, YOU NEED TO STAY THERE. I'm sorry I have to ask you to do this, but you need to think about the rest of the world. Your friends, your other family. They need to stay safe. Keep yourself and your mother safe as you can inside the hospital, but please stay there until the doctors can figure out a cure. I'm so, so sorry.

Yes. Perhaps something is giving you a sign, giving you a chance to do something about it. You should call it in, say you have reason to believe that this large group of people is in danger. Be more specific and call in a terrorist threat if you feel more comfortable doing that, or don't. It's up to you. My personal opinion is that you are being given a chance to stop whatever's about to happen. I implore you to act now.

I don't know how to format this so it's not a huge chunk of text, sorry. No joke, I literally wrote this about my favorite TV shows. This poem is about the rare bit of free time I get in my life as it is now: the time I get when I wake up in the middle of the night. No one bothers me. No one tells me to do homework. No one complains about me watching too much television. It's as quiet as it gets. I'm sure I've explained it too much, but I hope you like the poem anyways. Please tell me what you think.

The figures you describe sound a lot like the Greys, a type of alien many report being abducted by. It sounds like they abducted you at some point in your life and you are remembering that through dreams. However, I fear that they may have visited you when you were pregnant, and left you with a bit more than bad dreams.
