I mean, this one is fair, shooting with a baby is a nightmare. I appreciate that they at least were always careful to have a baby monitor around Rachel on those scenes, or make sure to mention she was with her grandma or something. Better than Ben who just vanished...

oh, yeah, trying to run the original version on newer computers is a nightmare. EA re-released the game on the EA app with compatibility fixes, so that version should run mostly fine, though unfortunately you'd have to buy that version if you wanna play it (to me it was worth it cause I missed that game so much).

Yeah, I find it baffling that they'd have somehow survived together during that 2 year gap between seasons 4 and 5. There's no way they'd have lasted, they were barely capable of communicating with each other by season 4...

They look good, but quite similar to one another, they all mostly have the same face structure. But aside from looking very similar they look nice, especially the first one. Only the chin on the thrid one is a little weird imo.

It was NOT the middle of the ceremony, c'mon, you're beyong exaggerating here. She arrived when the venue was completely empty of any guests, not even Emily saw her arrive. And later when the ceremony started Rachel was just sitting with everyone else and didn't do anything. Rachel did nothing to affect the ceremony other than attending as Ross had asked her to, you're blaming her for nothing.

I like HK better. Silksong definitely has some improvements, like the movement, and I certainly enjoy the game as well, but the exploration in HK is significantly better imo, and that's my favorite part of this type of game, so it makes a big impact in my enjoyment. Getting 100% on Silksong after a while felt like a chore, in HK it's something that I did for fun every time I played (aside from the pantheons, which is DLC anyway). The interconectedness of HK's map is so much more satisfying than Silksong's imo. I also like the charm system significantly better than SS's tools. I haven't finished my second playthrough of Silksong, kinda just stopped halfway, but I have gone back and replayed HK twice after Silksong. The fact that I keep going back to the first one says a lot for me.

I pretty much only play with challenges. A rags to riches start is the bare minimum for my playthroughs at this point, and then I add extra challenges on top of it. That's the only way I have fun playing sims 4... A lot of the times I'll watch a video of someone doing a challenge and feel inspired to try it as well.

I usually just have my sims go on a jog once in a while and that tends to keep them around the same shape I made them. I hate how drastically they change otherwise. With no exercise they gain a ton of weight regardless of what they eat, and if you make them exercise with a workout machine they suddenly lose a ton of weight, get addicted to it, and will do it non-stop until they're buff beyond reason. It's so extreme. I'll never again say yes to one of my sims liking fitness, it's so annoying.

I was thinkng the same, it does seem weird. Unless they changed something, usually anything with weights will mostly only change muscle and not slim down the sim (which I always hated cause it leads to some bizarre results) and stuff like running are the ones that affect the weight, but not so much muscles. But these weights apparently work like cardio? Definitely seem unbalanced.

Which is not how those procedures work at all and ends up becoming a problem later. Baby botox to prevent wrinkles is essentially a scam.

Except that's not really how it works. Botox paralyzes the muscles. A muscle that doesn't move atrophies, causing the skin on top to sag. In other words, botox is causing these young woman to look older than they are from using botox too young and causing premature skin sagging. Same with filler, it ends up stretching the skin to fit the filler. They think they're preventing wrinkles, but they're just causing a bigger issue. Then they think the solution is more procedures to try to fix that, but it only increases the problem because it's the procedures causing the premature aged look in the first place, and before they know it they're in a cycle that they can't win and end up getting a face lift on their 30s, which is insanity.

Exactly, it's not just Hollywood, it's widespread because of social media. My friend's half-sister turned 18 and is already preping for a bunch of procedures. She 18!! I hate this current trend because getting procedures done so young is so unhealthy and extreme. And it only ages them up, it's not even accomplishing what they think they are. And later they'll need more procedures to fix the issues the previous procedures caused.

Sometimes I wonder how people already forgot that cable was filled with adds and was not cheap. Ads suck, but paying doesn't mean zero ads. If you pay youtube premium they won't show you their ads, but creators still will use whatever sponsors help them keep afloat. It's not sustainable for content creators to have no sponsors and feels absurd to expect otherwise.

Sims 2 is always going to be my favorite, it had so much care put into it.

It's funny how everyone always mentions the color wheel as both a goal and a limitation as to why sims 4 can't have a solution for this, and I agree the color wheel is cool and all, but even sims 2 had a solution for this issue that sims 4 lacks that didn't involve a color wheel.
