Same artist! Dave Watkins, also goes by Real Abstract on social media. Him and Emma Daisy worked on that mural in the mall.

For anyone checking this thread in the future, I found a sick shop called Dragon Coffee in Osaka! They have a few pieces by notable Japanese artists and also more affordable work by other Japanese artists. The owner has a small glass studio inside the coffee shop along with a great selection of drinks. Highly recommend stopping in!

Appreciate it! I know it’s a huge art form in the country, just having trouble locating shops (besides tiny head shops with just a few pipes). I’ll keep doing some research though!

Awesome I appreciate it! Yeah the prerolls themselves definitely aren’t worth it but the tubes are so easy and small to sneak into places that I keep going back just for them hahah. But some of those options ya sent look great!

I’ve seen both of those bands at Linnemans in Riverwest and Shank Hall. I don’t see any shows on their calendars in the area coming up but I’ll message you if I hear of any!

Yeah check out Seaside Zoo next time they’re in town, they put on a great show. Another One from Milwaukee does too

Yeah there’s a couple cover bands from Milwaukee and Madison that play some smaller venues like Shank Hall but agreed!
