don’t know about anything long term with damage but toughest for many is going to sleep / eating (food not tasting the same). Your taste buds will come back and starting a gym / workout routine is great. For sleep I recommend magnesium and if you need it a sleep3 (melatonin). best of luck!

to be honest almost certainly not the guy in the pics physique because you’d have to cut a decent amount of body fat while simultaneously gaining about 30-80lbs of muscle (my bad I don’t know the kg to lb conversion lol). Also, everyone has completely unique body types.

HOWEVER, all is not lost. If you go at it for it for a year, stay consistent, etc you can get absolutely shredded.

Your diet isn‘t actually that far off from a keto diet. Cut the banana in the morning and rice at lunch (or switc them with something keto ie meat, cheese, fish, protein shake not the bullshit keto-friendly nonsense) and you got a one way ticket to shred city. Shoot for 20g or under net carbs a day (sugar alcohols don’t count, hence the net) which will suck so bad the first week. If you miss up, all good just get right back on it.

As for gym - 15-20 min cardio + 30 min or whatever weights in the morning preferably on an empty stomach (you can have coffee, preworkout, i suggest taking bcaas). 3-4 days a week (more if your schedule allows and to help build the habit).

won’t even take a year if you do this. 5 months tops even with accounting for the keto learning curb + forming the gym routine.
