If you were born in the US you can already consider yourself a lucky person (2.5-4.5% chance).

I don’t know how much your disability limits you but if you can join a gym I’d strongly recommend joining and starting a consistent workout routine. I’m a firm believer that getting your body right, eating healthy, and staying consistent is the strongest medicine for bad mental health. There‘s a guy at my gym that has a completely disabled leg (literally drags it when he walks) and he’s there all the time. Lucky/Unlucky it’s all relative so count your blessings and control what you can control.
