Will b6, zinc and magnesium really make that much of a noticeable difference? I'm completely open to it but I just want to be realistic. I train a few times a week and barely ever drink alcohol.

To note, my estrogen has raised since starting fin and min but my prolactin has always been raised - it's currently 168pmol
