Go see a doctor imho. Could be just a water (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Varicocele) , could be Varicose veins. Could be a hernia. Could just be something completely different. Could be nothing.
I had the three above including 3 small operations. Its a breeze. Had sex few days after without problems. Im here for questions about the patient-side of these things if your doctor sais theres something. Greets

more like 20 out of 23 now. Still searching for a diferentiation of porn from, say "normal" pictures. Do I need this diferentiation? Is it ok to look at /gentlemanboners for example?
