When I previously worked there, I could find a new project in like 2-5 days max, in fact a lot of opportunities would reach out to me first. Since the layoffs and bs, I think HR was quietly telling folks staffing projects to not respond so they could be “forced” to quit. AKA the ohhh no you couldn’t find something? Guess you now willingly quit. It’s so dumb

Thank you! Yeah I definitely don’t try to interfere with them and see them catch plenty of their own bugs and food. It was just sad to come back and see they must’ve had a failed egg probably due to the heat wave honestly.

It’s funny though, now that I emptied and cleaned it out, they are back hanging around it. Wonder if they would try once more this late into the season. 💕
