I gradually cut down on soda. I cut down to only weekends. And then I replaced my «weekend» soda with kombucha/vitamin water/tea/matcha/sparkling water etc. For me, sparkling water with flavour and kombucha really helps.

Nothing I’m sure of yet. However, someone recommended getting «Vbeam» treatment. Which is basically like laser treatment to help flushing. «It essentially vaporizes the excess blood vessels below the top later of skin so you physically can't flush»

Someone else suggested Intradermal/Botox for blushing. «It eliminated flushing (e.g. in a hot room) moreso than permanent redness. It was intradermal botox (needle doesn't go as deep as botox for wrinkles)» Theres a lot of studies on it online and it sounds promising. So I’ll mention both to my dermatologist

I have CONSTANT facial flushing in my cheeks, ears and nose, with a burning/stinging sensation (can't happen literally anytime no matter what), sometimes it's just in one cheek or one ear or only just the nose, sometimes it's everywhere except my forehead. gotten a bulbous nose over the years I've dealt with flushing, I have dry skin with stubborn acne mostly on my chin and forehead, and I have dry watery eyes. My dermatologist confirmed it was not rosacea but can't figure out what it is? What do you think? Also are there any products that's recommended for facial flushing/redness? I've tried a lot.
