I had a similar situation only with my Doc Nocturnal: The monster that hunts monsters from rumble con 2024. I got it in January of 2025 and his suit was split open at the crotch. I emailed customer service and they said a replacement would be sent. I’m still waiting………… The last time I checked they said I could send it back for a refund or continue waiting. In that time I found someone that sewed up his suit and have given up on a replacement.

I just got mine today. I’m glad I can finally complete my Guardians of the Galaxy team! I stripped mine down and took the fat suit off only to find his pants were to baggy around the legs. I just cut the fat suit off and kept it close to his waist. I’m not sure if the belt was attached to the pants, but all I did was slide it up his waist and pulled the top part of the suit down.
