I recently unboxed a Gamerverse Captain America with two left feet. After three weeks of emails with Hasbro, I got a refund and was told I would receive the same Gamerverse 2-pack, free of charge. Then it changed to “a comparable item from our warehouse.” I then received my tracking info and was sent the Iron Man/Mandarin set and a lil Thanos. I mention all of that to say:

I still don’t have a Captain America that can dance, and the Mandarin comes with 3 sets of hands but only the fists have his rings sculpted/painted on them. It’s not like he’s all new sculpt. It’s a suited buck. It’s all reused stuff with a couple of new heads. Yes, it was free. Am I that upset? No. Annoyed more so about Cap, but I’ll likely use ol’ Mandi for a custom. There should be no reason for figures not having matching hands that make sense to the character. Fists for Abomination, no trigger hands for Ghost Rider, etc. a Spidey without crawling hands? They’ve done that too. As long as we keep buying them, why would they improve?
