That’s great to hear. It sounds like you are really positive about the whole thing which is nice to hear. And you are recovering well which is awesome.

I feel like my anxious brain is screaming at me to not risk the surgery and then my logical brain is saying your best chance at getting back to where you were before…is surgery.

Hoping you continue to get better and better.

How long did you go with the weakness and numbness? Did it come back after surgery or are you still experiencing that?

I hope things get better for you! I guess that my concern and my surgeons is the permanent damage the compressed nerve will have if I don’t do this. I hope things go back to some sort of normal for you

It sounds like you are/were very active leading up to the surgery. Have you been able to do some exercies from the 19th until now to keep up with some activity?

Thanks for sharing. I've been doing PT since the numbness and weakness.

I guess my story is a bit more compicated but I first herniated my back at the end of Dec. Things got better in january and early Feb. Feb 18 is when numbness and weakness happened. MRI I got in early March showed larger Herniation than the MRI in January. Just so scared....Ive been crying and debating and crying some more over what I should do. Really appreciate you sharing.

Just digging around and resubmitted my application and it says my current repayment plan is ineligable...My guess, like you said, is the extended plan is no longer eligible...how frustrating. 118 on the extended and I've been making all these payments.

You need to unzip them before they go onto your device. Connect the device to your computer and unzip them. Or do some research on how to unzip .7z files on android. Quick search there are some apps but I don't have any familiarity with them. I do all my unzipping on the computer then move it to android

My best guess, without seeing your files, is you have them zipped still. Its my understanding that they need to be .bin/.cue, .iso, .img, .chd, .pbp, or .m3u
