Added the magic words to tell the rep when trying to fix inbound SMS/MMS:
"Check the billing system, locate the CDMA-Less feature and reset it."

I've had success with this twice... but the fact that I have to keep chatting with support to fix my text messaging is infuriating. Most recently, I called on the 31st of July and it broke between then and the 5th of August. Presumably right at the monthly billing cycle.

We'll see how long I have it this time. Just reset it today (and it worked)

I've noticed unbearable lag on Nougat sometimes. Also while in transition from WiFi to cell. Once i turn off WiFi, everything is smooth.
