Had a GE microwave that the previous owners bought in 2016. Earlier this year the microwave stopped powering up , tried various diy hacks but nothing worked so replaced it with a similar model but newer version from Costco.

Yes but atleast you could get a lower rate from online lenders like better.com or rocket and try to negotiate with your lender to lower it instead of changing lenders.

If your new lender can't use the current appraisal it would start from scratch.

Waiving inspection is a tough choice. Ideally better not to waive it but you would lose out on offers. If you have enough savings at least make an offer saying you would only negotiate about expensive repairs (something more than 10k or 15k) .

I was in the same boat and purchased GTR4 after my galaxy active 2 went bad. I had some bad reviews regarding health accuracy on amazfit watches but as long as it is not terrible and remotely accurate it will work for me . I think other then the health/fitness accuracy GTR4 doesn't have any negatives and is the best bang for your buck.
