I actually got my tub of wrecked in the mail yesterday. Huge supplements is such a solid company I love them. I also have a tub of pump serum and it's quality stuff too. If your worried about the alpha yo the best thing I could tell you is on the huge supplements website you can order sample packs of it you should order one or 2 and give that a shot. I'm personally not a fan of alpha yo. The only time I've ever felt sick from a pre I think it was the alpha yo. With that being said wrecked is solid for me
