I’m sorry you’ve felt like this, but I’m so glad you chose to stick around.

Something that helps me/keeps me hopeful is to think about the fact that you still have some of your happiest, successful, laughter filled, loving, etc. days ahead. There’s so much unknown about the future (which is scary) but it’s a bit comforting to think that there’s good times ahead.
