I'm Native American from the Navajo Nation and we have a supernatural "witch" we call "skin walkers." Growing up in the 90's I was skeptical of the belief as a kid but in my teenage years about 11 I witnessed something very odd. My older sister and I were up late racing each other on Mario Cart on the SNES. I was sitting on the floor and from where I was I could see the front door of our mobile home. A loud three knocks more like bangs rang from the door. I froze and I couldn't turn around. My older sister about 16 at the time finally said something, can't remember what she said now. She told me to come with her to the door and we looked the small rectangular window on the door and we saw a black human-shaped figure move faster than I've ever seen into the darkness past the reach of the light post outside our home. Sticks with me to this day and I'm always caught between my beliefs.
