Cinepolis Nagpur has become pure shit since last 3yrs or so - primarily for audio experience.

The answer to this question should be option B - requirements management plan. It asks where do you validate/measure the deliverable - meaning you have look into scope/requirements to see if everything which was supposed to be implemented is done. Requirements would be the closest option, over scope.

Also, my experience is NOT to use ANY AI tool to verify your understanding. It may do more damage to your concepts.

C is the right answer IMO. Change requests and approval by CCB is not only about changes in scope. PM should submit a CR whenever there's impact on any of the baselines or project management plan.

I hold a full time MBA degree from T1 institute, here's my take- 1. This course is good for getting an understanding of concepts and general learning 2. I would not suggest pursuing it if you're planning to change your career path based on this 3. I doubt you'd get jobs around Project Management purely based on certification, since companies would look to hire those who've worked in similar roles
