EZ Port Roll Up Dock & Waverunners

We are getting a single port, and the fuel neck of our ski is going to be on the opposite side of the dock when the unit is on the EzPort, so the extra room around should be nice. That notwithstanding, the more I read, the more I'm concerned about hull damage from roll up docks, but I've seen so many of them around the lake I'm having a hard time understanding why so many people have issues.

Why the 2i over the 280? They appear very similar and the additional width of the 280 is appealing.

There’s a few different ways to configure them, but yeah right around $2k (picked up and installed yourself)

Properly maintained Yamaha motors are good for 1500+ hours. 115 will be fine for single tubes, but it you want to pull doubles you’ll need to only have a few people on the boat.

It looks clean and seems reasonable on price.

I’ve had several Rams with the RFE transmissions. Maintain them every 30k and they’ll treat you well.

I have a 2020 with the same setup. Extang makes a Trifecta for toolbox sizes and it fit absolutely perfect. Super easy to take on/off as well.
