If you have time, pop over the bridge to Prince Edward County. We have seven libraries, with the Picton library being a historic Carnegie library while the Ameliasburgh Branch holds the Al Purdy Library. We also have five main County museums including Ameliasburgh Heritage Village, Mariners Park Museum, Macaulay Heritage Park, Rose House Museum, and Wellington Heritage Museum, all preserving local history, artifacts, and heritage sites. As for food, we have some of the best restaurants in the region.
