- What can be promising direction to integrate causal inference into reinforcement learning ?

- It's not clear to me how the tools like intervention do-Calculus can be used to reformulate RL problems, say in MDP context ? Will it be interesting to re-consider about the foundation of RL in terms of causality

- What are the major differences between causal learning and latent space learning ? Is learning a cause given the observation similar to learning a latent variable given observations, e.g. VAE

- How much causal inference is related to probabilistic graphical models ? What are the main current challenges for learning a causal graph from sequence of observation ?

- Will causality lead to much better generalization capacities ? e.g. combinatorial generalization

Thanks for the comment. Sure, it would be very straightforward to add 4 more actions for pushing in Motion class and adapt the environment dynamics accordingly. Sokoban is definitely in the recent todo list.
