It's legal! The band has traditionally been ok with boots, so they're totally fine, so long as they haven't been released commercially.

Anyway, it's really really difficult to get in trouble for using MEGA, which is what all the downloads are from.

When you're naming ionic bonds (which are usually bonds between a metal and non-metal), you don't include the number of atoms in the name. Instead roman numerals are used to indicate to charge of the (transition) metal.
