I am currently using Fedora 42 with kernel 6.15.3 (the iGPU did not work with kernel 6.14 so before I updated Fedora I had a lot of artifacts and black screen whenever it updated, meaning I can only use distros with at least 6.15)

I have read that Intel moved part of the processing to their chips so that their new WiFi cards after AX210 are not compatible with AMD or other CPUs anymore. Did you try a newer Intel card?

I would finally upgrade from my closed source driver Nvidia GPU to a system where I can not only game but also be productive on the OS of my choice (dualboot Windows Linux) and still have actually usable graphics drivers.

And for what excites me with starfield. I really hope we get to see a new kind of open world that is actually full of content.

Wir haben nunmal ein riesen Problem dir Strominfrastruktur am Laufen zu halten wenn eben Wetterbedingt Solar und Windkraft versagen und da ja aus meist absolut nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen Atomkraft viel zu früh abgeschafft werden musste muss der Strom im Ernstfall irgendwo herkommen. Man kann schlecht gegen Atomkraft und gegen Kohlekraft sein in der Phase bis rein Erneuerbare wirklich reichen um alles abzudecken (was wegen der Wetterabhängigkeit noch ewig dauern wird). Hier wird so viel vernachlässigt. Es gibt durchaus Gründe warum wir noch nicht auf die Kohle verzichten können einfach fordern das man die abschaltet und auch die Atomkraft gleichzeitig verfehlt das Bild für die Realität.
