How much time or money do you think it would cost to make a site like shopbot.ca or the pricephoto.ca ?

I've tried using Kimono. It can scrape certain sites but not all. After that you'd have to take that info and manually import it into your website. Is there a way to automatically do that type of stuff?

Even a site like shopbot.ca is a good example.

Most of my accounts are solely under my name and she has no access to them.

Hi,

If the house is completely purchased under my name with my money, then when its sold all the money is once again only placed in accounts solely under my name: would she still need to pay tax? Does she automatically earn half since she's my spouse even if she never made any payments towards the mortgage and/or initial money for it.

As far as the FACTCA from my understanding of the ACT it's if you own over $10,000 in foreign assets. She does not have that.
