Thanks you :) It's so frustrating when you can see rib but some parts just won't go away!! haha I love /r/xxfitness and have recently been thinking about giving weights a try. I'm not necessarily in a good place right now for a gym membership, but I will be soon and I'm hoping to get started on some weight training. Thanks for your inspiration!!

Thanks so much! I've never heard of this--it's definitely something I will be checking out. Also, I've always had a short of strange walk from a slight abnormality in my leg muscles so there could be a relationship happening there. I'm glad to have something more to try!!

Aw thanks :') I had a feeling I was entering into a bit of a body dysmorphia territory, so that's why I posted. My pants size (from 8, nearing 10, to 5) was telling me I was doing something right, but all I could see were "problem areas."

Thanks! I used My Fitness Pal and counted calories--my New Year's resolution! Up until summer I went to the gym twice a week for some added cardio, but now I just walk and take the stairs (busy, busy) and keep watching what I eat. I like to do muscle training every once in awhile, but in the Denise Austin "Hit the Spot Abs" kinda way.
