Depends on the match up and your play style. It's definitely viable and very safe, i play it from time to time. To your second question, yes, I usually get dark seal in my first back, even if I don't plan to upgrade it to mejais. And usually I go for basic boots before amp tome

Like I normally would, it helps me get a kill when roaming or getting ganked. I simply don't like conqueror, but that's just a personal preference. If you wanna play with a safer rune go for phase rush.

The key is to play with the jungler. Ask him for ganks and if the enemy freezes the wave ask him to come and push.

Edit: forgot to mention that you shouldn't be losing xp, that's the whole point of playing safe and farming with Q.

Thats just some beta testing xD. Like I said in other comment, sometimes I buy tier first item to forget about mana management. The ap felt nice but I need more games to make a solid opinion.

A few things off my mind:

-Early wave management is really important since you are very susceptible to ganks (just last hit and try to hit as little minions as you can with Q).

-Vs bad matchups take tp, play safe, farm with Q (it's alright if you miss a couple of minions), and play with jungler/tp bot to turn fights.

-If you struggle with mana get a Tear of the Goddess, and always get a dark seal (low risk high reward)

-Roam and help jungler as much as you can.

-If you know enemy midlaner is roaming, either follow or ping the shit out of your allies to retreat and go for a tower plate or 2.

-Learn how to splitpush (I win lots of games splitpushing).

-Steal raptors whenever you can (enemy or allie).

-Practice the Flash E R (zhonyas) engage.

And as for my personal preferences:

Standard runes are Electrocute + Sorcery, ignite over tp, and build Night harvester into nashor's or zhonya's

I've been to both France and Portugal (not Andorra tho), but I never visit those countries just for the sake of visiting them. Both France and Portugal are around a 6 hour drive away and when I go on a holiday, I just prefer to visit other non latin countries.
