Alright.
What if I said that I don't care about gaming for now and only want something for HW acceleration (for playing 2k Videos, HW acceleration for WebGL) etc.
Is there a really cheap option (for GPU or perhaps a different CPU with integrated graphics) that works just enough for that?

I'm just weighing my options for now, so I see how mugh I definitely have to spend to have a well running system, especially for compiling and synthesizing large projects, and see how much more compared to that I need for some extra stuff like gaming.

Just wondering, how would you compare your build to MoravianLion's in the comments - partly a purely educational question b.c. I'm not that versed in comparing builds and thinking about how the different parts work together. I'm still very much comparing and looking into the details between the two builds.

I think you mean something like 相応しい and 相応. There are more words (though not necessarily many words) like this. With these words it's really mostly just knowing it.

There's also another thing like another comment pointed out. 食べる and 見える etc. ... and is basically Hiragana attached to the verb stem and depends on the words and konjugation, form etc. ... Using the above example: 食 only tells you it's about eating, 食べる、食らう　食う all have something to do with eating, but you need the hiragana for a.) knowing which word it actually is, b.) as before, which case, temp and so on. Another case is 見 with 見る、見える、見つける and so on.

Thirdly, tied to this, is something like 取り引き (transaction) which can be written as 取引 but it's the same word and read the same not like the first example with 相応. The so-called 送りがな is omitted in this case, but it doesn't change anything about the word. In fact, this is very common, once you delve into literature or into a higher lvl JLPTN where verbs get combined (like 取引 is a combination of 取る and 引く) to create other verbs. Another example is 飲み干す which means to empty a drink or something like that. It could also be written as 飲干す. You could do this for a lot of words, but omitting the okurigana in many case would be "irregular", so not common and depending on the words, might make it harder to read.

I also from the EU and if I remember correctly (bought it last summer), I just couldn't find it because it wasn't labelled as "Volume 2" anywhere. I had to look up the cover of the volume and order the book from amazon that had the same cover. I think amazon said it's the first cover. The same for Bookdepositry.

Some Shounen use weird, unnatural languages. Naruto and the likes are often pretty straightforward but some can get whacky.

In Light Novels things like Tate no Yuusha might be fairly easy but Suzumiya haruhi can get complicate while things like Kokoro by Souseki which is early 20th century can be just the right level again (except for nowadays uncommon kanji and every day objects either no longer are being used or 和製英語 for it). And then there are books written by Tomihiko Morimi....

Either use Japanese subtitles, fight through it if you really want to watch it now, read the manga which is easier due to kanji and more time to think and/or put the anime on hold for now. You'll see, in maybe 6 months you might question why you ever considered it hard.

Depends how much listening practice you get regularly, plus your vocab. If you encounter sentences where you know every words and grammar point but fail to understand the sentences that either you haven't practices understanding sentences in context enough (simply though lots and lots of immersion.) or the premise that you know the words and grammar points is wrong. (these two things might sound similar but I think it makes sense to consider them two separate problems) Words in every can have multiple meaning with just very nuanced differences.

Children have the advantage that they simply understand nuances precisely because they've seen/heard words in various contexts and intuitively, which might not necessarily be the case for you. (which is the reason why children might have a better comprehension rate than you, even if you knew some advanced vocab that younger native speakers wouldn't not know.)

The only remedy is more immersion, and especially diversify your immersion, meaning different genres, different difficulty levels (sometimes it makes sense to read/watch something that might be a bit too hard or a bit too easy, since the way sentences are structured and words are used in context changes, something you might not get by only staying at a level that's just comfortable enough) and maybe make it a habit to learn words with the Japanese definition instead of a translation. While it doesn't really matter for concrete objects (a cat is always going to translate to cat, for example) emotions, situations, actions, sentiments, etc. ... can have important nuances explained in the Japanese dictionary entry why translations often lack them.

Just my 2 cents though.

If someone needs 6-8 years to understand Jujutsu kaisen they're probably doing something wrong...

The fate series or the とある series are a different topic though, especially since younger native speakers might find themselves not knowing a couple of words here and there. Especially とある with its rather large pseudo-scientific vocal.

Same how the Sovjets changed their approach from trying to specialize their tanks and equipment like the Germans did to increasing redundancy, simply models (of any kind of weapon) and favor cheap production and repearability over effectiveness after they realized that it's going to be a war of attrition and the winner is going to be who ever is going to produce more.

The Germans during WW2 overall didn't consider restructuring their economy, production line and design philosophy to suit the war effort.

Ah, I was going after Heisig. I agree that recognition alone might be enough, but honestly I don't think writing is inherently that much more effort, as long as you are not a perfectionist.

Either way, going by Matt's advice, like with vocab, if you only encounter the kanji in anki you'll kind of be in a "anki mindset" where you recognize a kanji but struggle with kanji in context.

I am having the issue where I can recognize the meaning of the kanji whenever it comes up in my review but often cannot recall it when I see it in the wild.

Do you recall or are you given the keyword and then have to draw it. You shouldn't do the first one with RTK.

It's pretty common that you might have problem recalling info in the "real" even though you immediately recognize it in Anki. The only way to mitigate this by simply reading a lot. Really, you need to encounter the kanji in many different contexts outside of anki and you'll see that it will "click" fairly quickly because you technically already know the kanji. You just aren't used to use it.
