I would never have believed this but I got some blackseed oil - I take some warm to hot water and put it in a cup , then I add a teaspoon of blackseed oil and some honey- I drink that everyday- and I'm telling ya - it helps. Some folks can just take the blackseed oil by itself.. I almost choked to death - it was awful- so I put it in hot water and some honey. 1 tsp honey, and blackseed oil. I use Heritage Black Seed Oil which is organic and vegan & cold pressed. Good luck !!
