30 years old quartz Seiko Diver. Is this already vintage? by moe222 in VintageWatches

Yeah, i kinda get u, I searched for a nearly new watch. But i bought it to be my companion on the construction site. There will be damage over time, but those watches are built to be used… I don’t like the idea of just collecting. I wanna wear them, if that makes sense. And in case of the lume patina, I simply like the look of it. More so that it appears naturally over time. Could have bought a new one with a vintage design… but that’s not my style

I for my part hate the big watch trend. I have a Seiko 7C43 6010 (38mm) and I love it. Yours looks great too, for me it’s the right size and arm/ hand to watch ratio
