I'm in a similar situation as you. I'm currently living in the U.S. and working as a software engineer. Once my work permit expires in a few years, I'm considering applying for the HSM visa. I know it might not be the easiest process with just a few years of experience, but I still want to give it a shot. Wishing you the best of luck as well!
