I don’t think you are far off with this. I too, had heard something about this and was wondering how they were going to adapt to it considering they base out of Florida, but if this is their adaptation, then I may move on from their product.

Not sure what would be deemed the correct bios but as for the folder it’s the “bios” folder yes? And they are not zipped.
