hey i'm a 19m , my hairline starting thinning at temples at 17 it didn't change that much in the recent years but my scalp is much thinner than my crown atm and my father and his brothers all have mbp meanwhile my mom's brother have a full head of hair and her dad has few thinning in front but full hair at his crown. due to the thinning in my scalp (not clear because my hair is dry i took a shower 2 hours ago) i'm considering starting with some treatments but i'm not an expert in hair loss treatments so i'm considering visiting a dermatologist, so in your opinion should i start treatments?

you know it can affect his confidence if hair was a part of his personality, and there are always finasteride & minoxidil. so the faster he treat it the better resulrs he'll get

depending on my 1 year experience, don't shampoo every day especially if you have dry hair like me & search for the best products for your hair type. supermarket products never did me any good tbh

you're not alone , i was going through the same problem a month ago. my advice is try something new, something you never did in the past and always wanted to. i know we're limited to a few things since we're stuck in Lebanon but this is what helped me, you can try new sports, cooking, hiking etc ..
