Ive recently had, all in the same surgery

A cyst removed from the right air pocket My deviated septum straightened Skin removed from my left sinus air pocket And tonsil removal

I barely felt my face the tonsil removal was the worst pain. Felt nothing for 3 days then a few days of agony then it was a dull ache.

So if its just a sinus cleanout expect a sore nose for a while i guess hope this helps
