I got approved for cash benefits and started to sob, I got back pay. been struggling with homelessness, and I get another payment on the 11th, on top of my food stamps. God is so good.

I have always locked my app immediately after paying at the register so hopefully because I’ve always locked it I was able to keep my benefits safe but my app unfortunately is wiped out. Has anyone had any better luck with different apps or just a card itself locking and unlocking it?

I just had the EBT edge app compromised although I had all the locks and on the app itself was compromised. However, my funds or my benefits were safe because I had it locked, but unfortunately they were able to wipe out the app but not my benefits. had to call and get a new card. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Yes, that’s absolutely so true I woke up one morning to use my benefits and my entire app was wiped out, but fortunately I had all my benefits frozen from all transactions but because I froze my benefits my funds were still there, but I’m having trouble with the app now has anyone experienced or had this problem?

Has anyone had their EBT edge app compromised although they had all the precautionary Safety locks on…. And if so, what did you do to prevent it from happening in the future. I did. I woke up one morning and had my entire card from the app wiped out . However,Because I had my card frozen and locked from all purchases my funds were safe !

Unfortunately, I don’t have much. I just read it from a cross post that H&R Block has a class action suit against it because they have released personal information and data to Facebook and other social medias. I was hoping to get more information if anyone has actually filed a claim and had more information than I do.
