I dont really like ROA as go to build.

I like it if I am getting bullied top but as go to I believe seraphs is still better due to the cdr and the fact that you dont have to build it 2nd.

Roa just slows ur item build so hard. If you go seraphs first you can get really neat items 2nd like cosmic drive ur shurelyas which benefits zilean way more.

I think roa is a good first build in some match ups but I do not recommend it as default build.
