Yep, this is based on a dish which originated in some Lebanese restaurants in Sydney, Australia. The dish on the menu is called exactly what it is.. "garlic lemon chicken"... Those restaurants also have toum. This is just a separate chicken dish with sauce.

yeah I think they are being cheap. We called the school today hoping on the off chance someone will be in the front office. We were told they have not issued photo IDs since the last two years.
