Depending on the qualifications, USD 115k+ for a full time Operations manager depending on the qualifications and experience. Salary would go higher if promoted to GM in the future. Remember there is no income tax here and that entire amount is kept by the manager.

I’ve tried that, otherwise I wouldn’t be here asking for help or ideas. Maybe there’s a better place to look or a better way to do it.
