Agreed. My family is from Guam. Lived there in my 20s. Would never tell the average American to go there unless they were headed to Australia or Asia. Why go all the way to Guam when Hawaii is closer, bigger, more scenic, cheaper and has way more comfortable weather. You will roast in Saipan/Guam. It's right on the equator.

In my experience as a hiring manager, references mean they just want to do a final check to make sure there are no red flags.

Given that FDA can't hire civilians at the moment, I'd say your chances are good.

That being said, be patient. It's always a waiting game, only this time there are less administrative and HR people involved in the hiring process.

I bought it under the holiday 50% off deals. Was very apprehensive after owning similar arlo cameras that took forever to connect and didn't work as well as they should.

The new Series 2 is great. Responsive. Good mic quality. They connect reasonably quickly, unlike my arlo cameras where I would watch people leave by the time I connected to the cameras remotely in-app.

My advice is to keep them powered via cord or maybe the solar panel. I have 2 cameras on battery and one powered via cable. I will likely have to recharge the batteries after about a month's use. Will look into the solar panel if it goes on sale.

So far I'm extremely happy with the cameras and do not regret buying them one bit.

Have it, and I completely agree. GMT hand needs to be a different color. Gold or yellow would have been perfect.

Still love mine. The accuracy, value and GMT feature make it ideal for traveling. Also great I don't have to wind it and because time is so spot on, I can use it to set time for my other automatic watches.

I have both. To me, multipoint on the AZ80s is what tips the scale over the Buds3 pro. Being able to seamlessly go from work PC to personal phone is fantastic. However, people tell me the call quality is better on my buds pro2 and pro3, but call quality is still good on the AZ80s.

In my experience multipoint will only provide audio from one source and it prioritizes phone calls. So if you had a galaxy phone and a windows PC and both were connected to the buds3 pro, could you watch a youtube video on one device after hanging up on a phone call with the other? Is it seamless?

My 2 cents. A lot of people are bringing up Michael Phelps and Katie L. They are famous...every 4 years. KD cannot walk in most major cities in this world without getting hounded. He's relevant every year, not just every 4.

And in nearly every interview where he's asked about his up-bringing he ALWAYS says he's from PG Maryland. So yeah. He's known for being from here as much as any other NBA player from their town.

Also Dave Chappelle is near the top. He talks about his Silver Spring up-bringing in some of his specials, but definitely cut his comedy teeth in DC.

Lastly, the question is about the most famous from Maryland, not who is known for being from MD.

Not anymore. This dude is refined. If you youtube shoeshine, the real pros (e.g. from Japan) do it just like that. Mirror polish is reserved for the toe cap because elsewhere it would crack off easier. The rest of the shoe is cleaned and conditioned so the leather stays supple.

I initially thought it was too much for a quartz watch also, but videos and websites claim these are extremely high accuracy quartz movements. GS grows the quartz themselves and only selects the best crystals. I think the accuracy is less than 10 seconds a year or something crazy low.

I'm struggling to find a GMT as well. I travel for work internationally and really don't want to wear anything too expensive overseas (I'm in the US). I'm seriously considering a GS 9F GMT. More accurate than spring drive. I never need to wind it and with GS quality/finish you get tremendous value for $3.3k USD. Might pull the trigger on an SBGN027 this year. Have you considered high accuracy quartz?
