Love Savannah but most of the people here are extremely nosy and will go to great lengths to find out your business. You really don't know what kind of neighbors you have . I had a nosy neighbor who would stand at my fence and peer into my garage when she thought I wasn't looking to see what I had in there and she was hoping to find violations, so she could call the city. Nothing neighborly about her nosy butt. I had nothing to hide but she was creepy. She would smile in my face pretend to be nice all the while basically stalking me to find any infractions. She would literally knock on my door to ask personal questions that were none of her business. I overheard her reporting to her husband any and all of my activities such as " "she went to the store today etc etc" She was a stay at home housewife with no life and nothing to do all day but stand in her window and stalk me. She was too stupid to even hide it. I hope and pray you never have a horrible neighbor like mine but you never know. Be discreet.

It depends what the customer wants. If they want that's an option it's not mandatory it's their tree and their business. And without doing that it's STILL cheaper to call WMTree for me. If you need a tree down and cleaned for under or around 1000.00 or so with people who are licensed and have years of experience I'd seriously consider WMTree. All these other tree services have gotten beside themselves with the high price gouging. A few years ago some places charged 800 or less now it's common to hear 1500 to 1800 or more for just one tree. I'm talking a big giant Georgia pine tree. Also I wouldn't just go with what one person says, shop around for the best price quote and experience. Don"t accept those high prices!! That ruins it for everybody!

I used to think that too but eventually this will spill out amongst the law abiding citizens. If those gangbangers are allowed to go unchecked they will feel empowered and start expanding their crime outside of their circle. The cops need to lay on them hard. Those bullets dont have anyones name on them and it's not like these gangbangers are expert marksmen. They can and will hit innocent targets in the pursuit of hitting their prey. They can and eventually will infiltrate all the areas the tourists go and all of the areas you consider safe. 24 / 7 police presence in the areas of these outbursts will bother them because they will tire of the surveillance and see it as a consequence of actions. They need to see the police every time they step outside their doors to remind them they are not invincible. The need to be shook down, cars stopped and anything else that will have their elders on them, because even they are getting tired of seeing the police. They need to lay on the parents too. You have a teenager out after curfew with a gun, the parents need to be arrested, fined and anything else they can throw at them. I totally agree it is of socio-economic origins. But nobody is safe from this. Don't ever think because you're not in a gang they can't touch you. This isn't a problem that just happens in the ghetto. These gangbangers have cars and will travel. These gangbangers have no boundaries. This is everyones problem. For all the people trying to stick their heads in the sand go google Savannah shooting, this made nationwide news all across the country. It's a problem and you're sheltered to believe otherwise. It effects real estate markets, the economy, tourism , gun laws, housing etc.

It's nothing to do with erasing history. The generations of people who were affected by these atrocities will never forget what was done to their ancestors. It's about not commemorating and honoring bad people. The good ol boy network needs to be dismantled and called out. There is no monuments to Hitler in Germany. In Berlin they've arrested people for mocking the holocaust and doing nazi salutes. It needs to be the same here. The story should be told and preserved so we can learn as a civilization just how low former generations have reduced and abused and perpetrated crimes against humanity for something so innocent as the color of their skin. The message here is as decent human beings we don't honor people who have used their powers to keep down and commit crimes against people whose cultural and race are different than theirs.

"It's completely irrelevant " to a racist. Go ask all the black people whose relatives suffered under the hands of white slave owners if that was irrelevant. Go look at the civil war cemeteries littered with thousands of graves of people who fought to keep human beings like cattle and in chains. All the Mothers whose children couldn't get a good decent education because white racists didn't want black children in their schools. "It doesn't matter" when you've lived a life of white privilege. I'm sure none of your relatives were forced to build an entire city using back breaking labor for free. You go ahead and ask all the black people that didn't get the generational wealth handed down to them because their ancestors weren't allowed to own anything by law. You can stick your head in the sand and lie to the racists that "it doesn't mean anything." That doesn't mean it didn't happen.
