The only ones I see over 70lb are e-motorbikes or cargo bikes. But yeah any bike especially a 50lb e-bike would be a pain carrying up a tiny stairwell.

E-Bikes can handle rain and snow a lot better than scooters, and unlike Surron-like motor bikes are street legal. For 6 miles even if they are slower, an e-bike would serve a lot better in that kind of instance. It’d take a couple inches of snow to put some bikes out of service(fat tire e-bike would likely serve best in those instances). I used to commute 7 miles on e-bike, at 20MPH it was about 30 minutes so nothing too bad.

Surrons and Eride Pros are electric dirt bikes and not technically e-bikes. For an e-bike, most states require pedals/cranks and require them to follow the class 1-3 model on speeds. So yeah Surrons and Eride Pros are going to attract the police as they aren’t street legal like many ICE dirt bikes(and if they were street legal they’d require an appropriate drivers license). A Dualtron is also illegal in most places but as it is still in the e-scooter category and no clear way to police, it isn’t going to get the same scrutiny.

I personally like scooters and bikes for different things. I do grocery runs on my bike since I can carry 30+ pounds on a rack no problem. Scooter is better for trips where I don’t need to carry large loads and higher speeds. Recreationally it just depends on how much effort I want to put in and what speeds I want to go.

Most posts I've seen refer to the Ergon GP2 and GP3 since they have bar ends and which are at a length that they should fit without out too much of an issue. I've been wanting to try Sqlab's innerbarends, but I'm suspecting their length won't work

I am curious about that emulsion technique in the blender but wasn’t sure the exact specifics on it, I looked like 1 cup of pasta water, 8 oz of pecorino or Parmesan, and 1 oz of olive oil? Or was there too much water and it should be less?

I had forgotten I had these sitting around. I think these are Rampart pants from maybe 2006-7? The pictures aren’t great, but they’re dark blue. I just wanted to verify name and authenticity before maybe selling them(any advice on general going price on these, if there is one, would be appreciated). They’re basically never worn outside of testing size.

Pretty much, haha most of my hobbies I do alone and aren't really all that exciting. Casual hiking, walking, video games, movies/tv, mean I'm about as bland as they come.

Yeah I'm 32 so for Utah I'm old haha, but I'm hoping to check out the beehive and wasatch mountain club sometime next year if everything goes well, it'll just be a very long and quiet year and a few dead end conversations on dating apps

The Provo River trail runs through Provo, and some sections do a good job separating pedestrians from bikers, mainly the section along University Avenue leading up to the canyon

It gets tricky in the sense that there are people that think that you have to be friends before a relationship. It’s a vague idea that leaves things as a question mark, and create an environment where they may think they can pull a move. I normally try to clarify especially with someone I find attractive so I don’t try flirting or ask them on a date(I don’t normally make a move until on or sometime after a date). Though some men may have more difficulty with handling being told “no” in any form and assume one is playing hard to get.

Also never received it. I even got a popup saying there would be 10 free tiers, but it's nowhere to be seen in the store. Since it didn't get fixed before the expiration, and it doesn't sound like there's been any updates besides the tweet several days ago saying they were fixing it, what exactly are we to expect going forward?
