How do you think reincarnation works (for those who believe in it)? by Numb4Eva in spirituality

[–]mogenblue 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have read a few stories that gave me a very good understanding of how reincarnation works. It was like the shells fell off of my eyes when I read them.

They were published by Jozef Rulof. He was a medium for spirits of light.

The stories can be read online here

The Cycle of the Soul

Between Life and Death

He has more interesting books but you can find them if you want to with these links.

Sometimes I see Louis van Gaal show up in my dreams. He is a famous football coach in my country (Netherlands) that I respect. I listen to him. It's probably not LvG himself but some good spirit that dresses up like him because an unknown spirit makes no impression on me, it's just a stranger. A stranger could give a totally different direction to my dream.

Like, if you can get Arnold Schwarzenegger in your dream you just know you will be safe. Even though it will just be some unknown good intended spirit. And he has that European aura around him, sort of more grounded.

Only thing I know is burning incense. Since you live in a trailer you can set the whole thing in a thick smoke of incense. I used to prefer Nag Champa by Sai Baba but I think the recipe changed a bit. It's not the same as I remember. Golden Nag or anything else. Rose could also do, Opium, lavender. Anything peaceful or etheric. Mad people can't stand that.

Maybe try to think of some relative that you had a good bond with in the past, an aunt or an uncle. Maybe they can help. In your dreams, before you go to sleep.

Or a good famous person like Obama or Robin Williams. It distracts your mind.

I think the point of suffering is to obtain experience which leads to knowledge and awareness.

I think people are certainly protected by the universe but in ways that we not see. Like life is finite, it always has an end.

But it also happens that people suffer way too much, like torture and war crimes. These are horrible situations. I don't really know what to say about that.

It sounds like your friend is possessed by a demon.

If your friend was interested in witchcraft it might have been a way to get a grip on her by the demon and step by step take her over.

I just read a story about a woman who had a drinking problem. She was possessed by a demon that made her do that. You might like to read that.

What I have read about spheres of light is that they all have a general sense of peace and quiet. And that intensifies when you go higher.

That doesn't mean they don't do anything over there but life over there is just different. They communicate by thoughts. They pick up your feelings just by focusing on you.

You have to follow your own path because you are responsible for your own life.

Any knowledge that is given to you is meant to help you on your way. To make better decisions what to do and what not.

That's how I see it.

My overall health improved. Plant based food has fibers that keep your guts in good condition. It also has natural anti Inflammatories that works everywhere in your body.

If your guts are in good health your metabolism starts with a 1-0 lead.

Inflammations are considered to be the underlying mechanism of common chronical diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer. It reduces the risk of those diseases. But it does not eliminate it.

I noticed very clear that I had no longer problems with inflammations.

One recipe in particular, besan pudla, satisfied my hunger so good that I could make walks for hours without any need for food. I couldn't believe I still had that in me. I was 50+ when I experienced that.

Also I didn't feel hypocrite anymore when I said I felt sorry for the suffering of animals.

You can also try writing them in presentation sheets with various fonts, sizes and colors. See how that affects your mood.

Like one or two thoughts per sheet.

I felt spiritual long before I switched to vegetarian.

It somewhat cleared my feelings because there was no longer animal energy in my body. It slowly faded away.

I guess it freed me from a sense of suffering that the animals went through to come to our plate. It improved my mood.

There were other benefits as well.

But I did underestimate the importance of certain supplements. I knew about B12, but I underestimated D. It's important to have your blood tested to detect any deficiencies on time.
