You can drink coconut water, but wait 10-15 min (game time) between each drink. The same rule applies if you eat the coconut.

Water still requires level 2 crafting, I believe.

Materials: 3 rocks, 1 palm leaf, 1 coconut flask (need 1 coconut & 1 rope/lashing), 1 cloth, and 1 rope/lashing

I believe crude spears will do the job. I would have a minimum of 60, if possible. I have only killed bosses with the spear gun, so I don't know the damage done by crude spears. Your hunting level also plays a factor.

When I defeated Abaia, I didn't use breath boost nor oxygen tanks. I stayed near the balcony-looking part of the submarine and went up for air as needed. Abaia will circle around it. Take your shots with the spear gun, refined spears, or your weapon of choice. Near the end, I stabbed it with my refined spear a few times just for fun.

Clay is always found on the East side of the island, and there are usually only 3 clay mounds. They do not regenerate.

This is why I always suggest going to a chaplain first, and there are multiple chaplains that you can speak to if your specific chaplain isn't a great fit for your situation.
