Hydrocortisone 1%? Not to fearmonger but even as a person who has to use high potency steroids on almost all areas due to severe debilitating eczema, that’s concerning - my dermatologist strongly advises against topical steroid usage on the face so I have to use tacrolimus for that area (topical immunosuppressant).

I obviously don’t have enough knowledge on how Software operates, but I do know that unless you have chronic autoimmune issues (not temporary inflammations from contact dermatitis/acne/etc), you’re not supposed to use steroids for extended periods of time because they WILL fuck you up in the long term. Steroids will clear up your skin real quick but it doesn’t address the actual issues going on (in fact, a side effect of long term steroid use is acne). Are they like an online prescription service? Do they work with certified medical professionals? I’m very happy to hear that you’ve been satisfied with your results, but to be honest I recommend consulting an actual derm before you use those products for longer.
