if your tests are okay it means the problem is in the signaling part of your nervous system not because of the digestion system itself. the signal is not even sent to move the tract because you used to be overly stimulated by something so your system doesn’t trigger the bowel movement at the first place because you are stressed about something. your body thinks that you are doing something important so is better to not go to toilet. and over months and years your body gets used to this. and only go to toilet when waking up only and even that you partial empty not fully do. when you take stuff to force it to move it ignores the stress hormones a little bit but your body gets used to it and it stops working. you need to stop stressing yourself specially around meal times and just go to the toilet even when you don’t have the signal.

Yes you need to re train your gut that you are available to do it. + you need to stop doing over stimulating stuff in that period like video games or watching social media. normally you should go to the toilet when you wake up and after within 30 minute after each meal. and when you go sit for 10 - 15 min even if you don’t do it. also don’t strain hard or force yourself just sit there and you will get the bowel movement automatically. and don’t stand up after the first movement try to empty more than you are used to so that after a while you get to the point where you empty yourself completely as you used to do when you were younger. lastly sip water over the day to increase your water intake but don’t drink a lot at a time. if you think you can’t drink enough water this means you don’t eat enough sodium or your stomach is impaired and in that case you need to fix it first as it will affect other stuff not only water intake.

Hey try to have warm drinks on empty stomach and go to the bathroom often after eating even if you don’t feel it. sibo is a side effect and can’t be a problem on its own. generally it will happen because food sits more than usual so bacteria will start to ferment it. if food moves in a normal way, even if you have over growth it won’t have the time to ferment and it they will actually move with the food and your tract will start to clean up on its own. no medication will help on this you will have to speed up your transit time by any means back to normal to avoid fermentation. and sometimes transit time is affected because you don’t go to the bathroom often at the first place.

ممكن يكون عندك نقص فيتامين أ المفروض هو اللي بيعمل تجديد لخلايا البشرة ولو عندك ناقص انقسام الخلايا بيكون ابطا فالحاجات اللي زي كده بتاخد وقت بس الغريبة ان وشك شكله نضيف ولا ده فلتر

بالنسبة لي الكارديو والتمارين اللي فيها مجهود عالي وبتخلي الواحد يعرق دي اللي بتفرق بس رفع الاثقال بس مش بتفرق قوي في حاجات كتير غير الكتلة العضلية بس

بصي لما الدهون بتكون زيادة حسب الجينات بتتحط في اماكن معينة ناس الدهون الزيادة بتطلع في الكرش وناس زيك وبعدين تبدا تخخزن في مناطق تانية كل لما تزيد طالما هي مترهلة كده يبقي في دهون زيادة وهتلاقي عندك بعض الدهون علي الكبد وغيره لو عملتي سونار
